Let's Think Of- Solution.
Apart from many negativities in our surrounding our behavior and attitude decides how long the problem would continue or what more bad effects it can cause to us and our daily life. Also our attitude will only decide how much easy or difficult any problem could be.
It is obvious to have problems in life but what matters most is how we react to it. Instead of thinking about problems and cursing oneself can never lead to it's solution,we will have to think about the solution to get problem solved.
If we totally stick to the point that we can't then obviously no any miracle would happen just to save us from the things,for the things,we are doing nothing.
So, the ultimate and the most important part comes is our action and attitude to deal problems.
If anyone is suffering from any problem they must know either to change or to accept. If they feel that the present circumstances can be changed and is in their hands,though it may take little time or it may require us to go against someone's thought but that is correct and necessary and surely can be changed then offcourse one must do their best to change the situations. But sometimes situations are not favorable and when it is not in our hand to change the circumstances, it's fine to accept. But blaming others or cursing ownself can never give us the solution.
Anything that happens to us definitely has it's own cause, that may be because of us or someone else. At that time we should try to be calm and positive to take any decision. Bcz our anger and negative thoughts are very powerful to create situations for the worst regret we can have in our life.
If we are going through any kind of problem, it's fine to share it with someone to whom we believe could let us in right track. But what about the situations when we don't have anyone to share or it's not the correct time to share bcz that may cause more confusions,at that time we must think of solutions by our own bcz ultimately problem in any case arises mainly because we are not comfortable with the conditions around us.
We must also ask ourselves whether the path we are choosing to get problem solved is correct or not. Whether that path is appropriate and equal for everyone suffering the problem or that solution only provide us the better condition to overcome problem but actually is not same and good for others. We must think of these cases as well.
We must always proceed to get solutions rather than thinking again and again about the causes and conditions of problem.
Suppose, we are given thousand rupees and of which you lost ten rupees so will you consider or let those left nine hundred and ninty rupees as waste. No, offcourse not. So,why to waste our those 23+ hours of time in negativity just bcz of that 10-15 bad minutes of our day which was ruined bcz of any unavoidable reason.
Every day may not be good but there is something good in every day. So, why to not pick those good moments as our strengthen part to curb problems instead of overthinking and creating more burden and confusion for those some that are not good part of the day.
Ultimately, it's us only who if is suffering from any problem will better understand about our feelings and pain. So, we must make ourselves strong for the solutions we can have instead of worrying about problems in which we are.
