Stop Overthinking.

The all we have- is our thought, that takes us to various unfelt imagination and the world of desireness.

Our desire of getting things in life and keeping imagination alive, arise from the basic version of our own thoughts.

Humans are having very basic tendency to think and think- whether for a reason or regret.

We keep on thinking about stuffs of life- success, failure and many more things too, that are not in our hand.

Overthinking actually creates problem that are not truly there. Worrying about how things might go wrong, can't help us to make things go right. It is us only who generally complicates our own life, just bcz of overthoughts that we build up in our minds.

Generally, what happens is that when we go through any problem in our life, instead of thinking about it's solution,we think more and more about the cause and conditions of the problem. Either we blame others or we consider ourself the reason of problems. And thus,we continue thinking and worrying more about our past and future without thinking about the solutions of present problems.

When our mind starts filling up with the negative situations of thoughts and ideas, it becomes much difficult for one to get power of positivity. That time our positive thoughts, mainly can help us to stop our overthoughts that are generally creating more hurdles.

Overthinking also causes very bad impact on our health. When we keep on thinking and thinking about any particular situation, we start embedding ourself more and more to that condition. We start putting ourselves into various imaginary stages of life, that actually has nothing to do with us.

Even when we listen to other's problem or when we see other people in problem, our mind starts putting ourselves into that situation. 

Initially, those thoughts don't disturb us. And most of the times we even forget about those thoughts. But sometimes these thoughts become not so easy to forget and thus they do take a place of fear, anxiety and depression in our mind.

So, what can be the solutions to avoid overthinking...?? Basically, to avoid overthinking we must engage ourselves into some work. Bcz when we put our mind to do some work, our mind sets up to do things that are oriented with the work we are doing. And thus it doesn't provide space for thoughts leading overthoughts.

Secondly,if we feel that in certain situations, it is necessary to think about that conditions we are having, that time to avoid overthinking- sharing problems with the people to whom we trust, can help us.

And one of the important thing, that will not only avoid overthinking but also has the power to truly rejuvenate us with positivity is - Meditation. It is something that we should not follow only in stressful times but also in normal days to avoid stress.

Ultimately,we can see that how overthinking creates unnecessary stress and depression in our life that has no any real significance. So, we all must follow steps to avoid overthinking and lead better life.
