Boost Your Immunity, Boost Yourself.

Hello everyone, as you all know this is very tough time for all of us. This Covid situation is not only something that is effecting our basic physical health but also causing great impact on our day to day life of working, which offcourse is becoming major reason of stress and anxiety.








And offcourse, it is obvious because we all care for our loved ones and people around us and it effects what's happening outside and in our surrounding.

And at this point of time, it is very important for everyone to priorily work on their health. Because when you are healthy and immuned, you get power to cure things around you.

So, here I am gonna share things with you guys which I follow to boost my immunity and make my family members to follow the same too. 

So, let's get started.

  • The first of everything, as you get up in the morning, drink warm water. You can also prefer tea but make sure that must be highly enriched with ginger. You can also add Tulsi,long,elaichi,dalchini and black pepper to it. It will definitely give a warm relaxation to your throat and also will refresh you fully.
  • If you don't prefer tea, you can take 2-3 balls of black pepper, half spoon of honey and atleast 5-6 leaves of tulsi. Chew it and suck it's juice. It will boost your Immunity and also will activate your brain cells.
  • The most important is kadha. Because if you don't prefer above listed things, you can simply go with this kadha. So, what you have to do is to take -
- black pepper, dalchini, long,sauf,ajwain,methi, black salt,tulsi, turmeric powder.

(If you wish you can add these ingredients daily to the kadha but what we do for simplicity- is that we make fine mixture powder of all these ingredients and simply add this mixture, instead of remembering and adding things daily.)

- Add all above ingredients in a container with double the amount of water of the actual amount of kadha you want.

- Add jaggery (gud) , ginger and soaked giloy sticks to it. Boil it until the amount of water is reduced to half. Sieve it and the kadha is ready.

You can also crush previously used giloy sticks for it's second usage, it's perfectly fine.

It is not necessary that you follow all the above listed series, but follow any that comforts you.











(And yes offcourse, don't forget to appreciate the power of indian spices ✌️.)

Well, these are the things that will surely boost your immune system. But to fight with this Covid situation, apart from boosting immunity, it is very important to boost our mind as well and thus is important for us to be calm and positive towards the situation.












And what I believe, the simple and the first way to tackle any problem is to stay calm and think about positive side of situation instead of sinking in the marsh of negative thoughts and actions.

Ultimately, our life and our body is our own priceless possession. And we only have to live with it. So,we must take care of it and make the best version of it.
